Services on coachzo.digital are offered to entrepreneurs, business owners, and legal representatives who can form binding contracts under applicable law. By using coachzo, you confirm you meet eligibility requirements and will use services for lawful business purposes. Access may be restricted in certain jurisdictions and for specific professional activities.

You must be at least 18 years old to use coachzo services. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You agree not to use coachzo for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activities. Use must comply with Thai law and any other applicable regulations governing your business operations.

Coachzo operates primarily in Thailand. Availability of some services may be limited by local regulations or licensing requirements in other countries. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws where your business operates.

User Accounts

To access certain features or paid services, you may need to create an account on coachzo.digital. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activity under your account.

Provide complete and accurate information when creating or updating your account. Inaccurate details may affect our ability to deliver services or comply with legal requirements.

Keep your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We will take reasonable steps to help secure your account, but you are responsible for actions taken through your credentials.

Accounts and service subscriptions are personal to the user or organization and may not be transferred without prior written consent from coachzo.

Services are delivered by qualified professionals and aim to reduce legal risk and improve business compliance. Recommendations are based on information you provide and applicable law at the time of advice.

Services, features, and pricing on coachzo.digital may be updated. Substantial changes to contracted services will be communicated to affected clients with reasonable notice. We may modify or discontinue services that are no longer sustainable or compliant with law.

We strive to make services available as scheduled, but availability may vary due to staffing, system maintenance, or external factors. coachzo is not liable for delays caused by third parties, force majeure, or regulatory processes.

User Content

You may submit documents, information, or other content to coachzo for review or processing. Such user content should be accurate and lawful.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, subject to any third-party rights. By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to provide it to coachzo and that it does not infringe others' rights.

By providing content to coachzo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, copy, store, and process that content as necessary to perform requested services and comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for obtaining permissions where required. coachzo will not be liable for user content that causes legal issues arising from your submissions.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Requests to remove content should be submitted with supporting information; we will respond in a timely manner.

Intellectual Property

All coachzo branding, website content, service methodologies, templates, and intellectual property remain the property of coachzo or its licensors. You may use materials provided to you under your engagement only for internal business purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Do not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from coachzo proprietary materials without permission.
• Do not remove or alter coachzo activity, logos, or copyright notices from materials.
• Respect third-party intellectual property rights when submitting or using content on coachzo.digital.

Paid Services

Some coachzo offerings require payment. Paid services include consultations, document drafting, company registration handling, compliance packages, and subscription advisory services. Fees, scope, and deliverables are set out in separate proposals or invoices.

Pricing for paid services is provided in quotes or on the site and depends on scope and complexity. Estimates are subject to change if requirements change. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payments may be made via the payment methods listed on coachzo.digital. Invoices must be paid by the due date. For certain engagements, a deposit may be required before work commences.

Subscription services are billed at the interval specified in the subscription terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled as described in the cancellation policy. You may change or cancel subscriptions through your account or by contacting support.

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service and the extent of work performed. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis in line with the service agreement. We aim to resolve billing concerns professionally and promptly.

You may cancel services subject to the terms of your agreement. For fixed-fee engagements, cancellation may incur fees for work already performed. For subscriptions, follow the cancellation procedures in your account settings or contact support.

Applicable taxes, duties, or governmental levies may apply to purchased services and will be shown on invoices where required. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your jurisdiction.

coachzo may adjust pricing to reflect changes in costs, regulatory requirements, or service scope. Clients will be notified of material price changes in advance when possible.

Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension of services, account restrictions, or collections action. We reserve the right to withhold deliverables until outstanding balances are resolved.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, coachzo's liability for direct damages arising from its services is limited to fees paid for the relevant service. coachzo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise.

Third-Party Services

coachzo may work with third-party providers (registries, translators, payment processors) to deliver services. Third parties are independent, and coachzo is not responsible for their actions or omissions. You consent to necessary sharing of information with third-party providers engaged on your behalf.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the notice and conditions in the service agreement. coachzo may terminate or suspend services immediately if you materially breach these Terms or if continued engagement would violate law or professional obligations.

Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment for services performed up to the termination date. coachzo may retain records as required by law and may deliver work product completed up to termination subject to payment.

Privacy and Data Protection

coachzo collects and processes personal data to deliver services, manage relationships, and meet legal obligations. Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy available at coachzo.digital/privacy. We take reasonable steps to protect personal data and limit retention to what is necessary for service delivery and legal compliance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties may seek mediation or pursue legal remedies in courts as permitted under Thai law. Parties should attempt to settle disputes promptly to minimize disruption to business operations.
